It’s all about the shoes when you’re going for dressing down a look.
These converse are not only stylish & comfortable…but I noticed that these are not as heavy as the original Chucks. One of the things I always check before making a SHOE purchase is…THE WEIGHT. If the shoe is too heavy, I usually put it down…no matter how cute it is. I have pretty sensitive feet so if the shoe is heavy it will most likely be less comfortable…especially if you’ll be doing a lot of walking. Also a heavier shoe is more prone to causing blisters. (this is just from my own personal experience).
As for other casual sneakers I also love this one...and this one !
You can also dress down a preppy dress with a distressed denim jacket.
Use a cross body bag when dressing down your look. Use a clutch when dressing it up! (this bag converts from a shoulder bag, to a cross body…to a clutch!) Love it.
