I love finding that perfect gift for my loved ones. Although i will admit…some are easier to shop for than others! One of my favorite gifts to give are those that are practical. Example…I bought everyone one in my family (along with their other gifts) a tongue cleaner last year (here). So random and possibly TMI. But…even now they talk about how useful that gift was….and they don’t know what they would do without it!
Also included some other practical stocking stuffer/ gifts for under $20! My favorite sleeping eye mask, epsom salt for a relaxing bath, the best foot file you will ever use, the best salt for your food (high mineral content), my favorite organic argan oil for face…etc.

Table Tuesday…setting up the X-mas Tree!
It’s throw back Tuesday for this weeks Table Tuesday! Hope you enjoy the video!
One of my favorite days of the year is setting up the Christmas Tree! It’s so fun to pull out old ornaments, crank up the Xmas jams and stay in our PJ’s all day! To see the excitement on my kids faces….that is so priceless. And how fun is it to relive being a kid again?! Although I’m pretty much a grown-up-kid…so that comes pretty easy for me ;). We have no mantle on our fireplace (so annoying)…so every year I’m trying to find a creative place to hang the kids stockings. We installed a new Built in this year…so the knobs on there worked perfectly! No Mantle – No Problem. So hope you have a fun time decorating your home for the holiday season! Sequins and Champs for the Holidays!
Nothing like some sequins and champagne to get into the holiday party spirit!
What are your plans for NYE? Have you decide to wear a dress, pants, skirt??? Just keep in mind that less in more. If you plan on wearing any sequins that night…keep your accessories to a minimum. You want keep your statement piece as it should…and let the accessories, shoes, bag etc…compliment it. Not distract from it.
It’s fun to change up your barware every now and then. Most of my champagne glasses developed this weird cloudy film from over the years. A quick trip to Home Goods…and for only $2.99 a glass there’s a good excuse for a new set! This bar cart is from Target (here). And all the accessories, barware, glasses, white tree are from Home Goods

BTW… I saw my friend Amanda wearing these “leather” pants the other day and was shocked to find out A. they were not real leather. B. They were from H&M and C. Full price 19.99. Shut your front door!?! The option online looks very similar. Have not seen that one in person but check your local store to get this exact pair. Did you know that you can order flowers from amazon.com?? When I first heard the news I was so excited! Wether it’s for your mom, wife, teacher of friend…it’s so nice to have a one stop shop. Just add it to cart with your fabric softener and multivitamins…lol. And you don’t need Prime to get the fast shipping. Don’t forget to change the water and give the stems a fresh new cut every other day. Also see below for another way I styled this arrangement. After it was in the tall vase for about 3 days….I cut the stems really short and dispersed the bouquet into 2 short vases. I put one on our entry console and the other on our living room table (see below).
