I really believe that less is more when it comes to accessorizing. Leave it to a big bold ring or a gorgeous pair of earrings to make the statement. I especially love mixing in dressy accessories with casual wear. For example, in today’s post I’m keeping super casual wearing a tee shirt with a sweatshirt layered over…but dressed it up with skinny jeans, suede black booties and a statement ring and earrings.

I LOVE this cocktail ring! It has an invisible sizer inside so it can fit most ring sizes. Makes it comfy to wear too!
This cute tie detail in the back gives the perfect amount attention on this shoe. (fyi…shoe runs true to size)
I love this oversized cozy sweater! Since the arms are long on this top, I’m excited to share a little tip on how to wear it if you prefer the arms shorter. Fold the sleeves 1-3 times back…depending on the fit you like best! I love when sweaters are pushed up on the arm…that style works well with this top! Also wearing a nude top underneath to keep me warm…but no one will know.

P.S. My sun-kissed glow comes in a bottle. I can’t express enough how much I love this tanner!! It has a liquid consistency (reminds me of dark furniture stain), gives you color immediately after application, dries quick, not sticky, and the smell is very minimal. That is always hard to avoid but compared to others I’ve tried (trust me…I’ve tried soooo many) this one is very subtle.

I’ve received many comments asking if this Cardigan is itchy (as noted on some of the websites reviews). This cardigan in “oatmeal” is not itchy. Is it the softest cardigan I own?? No…but it’s still cozy and I wear it a lot with Jeans, thermals and Tee’s. Plus can’t beat the price! HOWEVER, I also tried on the other color way. That is called: Dark Grey with Shine. That one was very itchy and I ended up returning it. I think I figured out why that one is itchy too…There is a metallic thread in the Dark Grey cardigan and I’m pretty sure that thread is causing the itch. I’m really picky about what I share on my blog because I want you to LOVE and be so happy with your wardrobe! It’s my passion, my calling…whatever you might call it. Anyone else feel weird after the holidays? This happens to me every year. What I’ve learned is that it’s totally a normal feeling. Being so thrown off our normal routines and now we’re trying to get back into the swing of things. Just be patient and give yourself time to adjust. And don’t be hard on yourself if you’re not back on top of everything the first week back. If you have any other tips to help with post holiday blues, would love to hear! This is the very first thing I slipped into after getting home today. It’s lightweight, cozy, soft, can be mixed and matched with other separates and is appropriate to wear out of the house. The are sold individually so you can select your preferred size for top and bottom. I’m wearing my true size for the bottoms…and sized up one size for the top.
